Mix cream cheese and milk in a hot water bath until well combined 2. Mix oil until well combined 3. Sift cake flour, mix until just combined 4. Add egg yolks, mix until well combined 5. Add granulated sugar to egg whites, whip egg whites until the stiff peaks form 6. Fold whipped egg whites into egg yolk batter 7. Pour the chiffon cake batter into the baking pan 8. Bake in the preheated oven at 150C for 50 minutes 9.
