Garlic 2 cloves, minced 6. Ginger small piece, minced 7. Chilli padi 1pc, diced Seasoning 1. Salted bean paste 1/2tsp 2. Oyster sauce 1tsp 3. Light soya sauce 1tbsp 4. Sugar little 5. Pepper little 6. Potato starch solution 7. Dark soya sauce little 8. Sesame oil little Method 1. Heat wok with oil and sauté the chicken till aromatic and oil extracted. Set aside 2. With the balance oil, add in ingredients 5-7 and stir fry till aromatic. Add in salted bean paste and oyster sauce and continue to cook. 3. Then add in chick and bitter gourd and stir fry. Add some Shaoxing wine around the wok and mix well. Then add water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 2min 4. Add sugar and pepper and mix well 5. Add potato starch solution and mix well. Add dark soya sauce and mix well. Lastly add little sesame oil and mix. 6.
