Subscribe to Masala TV Recipes here: https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Watch Masaledar Ramadan on 23 Feb 2026 with Shireen Anwar as she prepares spicy Korean Hot Wings and flavorful Sehri Irani Qeema—a perfect combo for Iftar indulgence and hearty Sehri meals. ✨ Show: Masaledar Ramadan 👩🍳 Host: Shireen Anwar 📅 Date: 23 February 2026 📺 Channel: Masala TV 📌 RECIPES FEATURED SEHRI IRANI QEEMA Ingredients Chicken mince coarsely chopped ½ kg White cumin 1 tbsp Cubeb pepper 1 tbsp (roasted and grind) Cashew nuts 12 Coriander leaves with stocks ½ cup Soy ¼ cup Yogurt 5 tbsp Onion chopped 1 cup Black pepper 1 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Coriander crushed 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Oil ½ cup Green chilies 4 Butter ½ cup METHOD Roast and grind together zeera and kebab cheeni, put in a blender with cashew nuts, coriander leaves with stocks, soya and yogurt and grind everything together. Heat ½ cup oil, add chopped onion, fry till very light pink, add mince meat, all the dry spices with ½ cup butter, simmer for 10 mins, do not cover till everything well mixed, add in the green blended paste, cook for 5 mins, add ½ cup water, cover and cook till oil comes on top, lastly add green chilies, serve with paratha. KOREAN HOT WINGS Ingredients Chicken wings with skin 750gm Marinate with; Gochujang 2 tbsp Soya sauce 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Red chili sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 2 tbsp Egg 1 Black pepper 1 tsp Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Flour 3 tbsp Corn flour 3 tbsp Orange color a pinch METHOD Marinate wings with all the above ingredients, leave it for 2 hours, bake on 180 D for 40 mins, after 20 mins flip the side and bake for another 20 mins. Ingredients for Sauce Ginger 1 inch piece Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 2 tbsp Gochujang pastes 2 tbsp Garlic powder ½ tsp Crushed red pepper ½ tsp Oil 2 tbsp Butter 2 ounce METHOD Heat oil and butter, add chopped ginger garlic, green chilies 2 chopped, fry for 2 mins, now add all the sauce ingredients, and cook for 5 mins till thick. Now pour this sauce over the baked wings.
