Feel a bit of man flu coming on? Are your eyes watery, sneezing like crazy and getting no sympathy at all? Well poor you! We feel your pain. Those sneezes happen when something literally gets up your nose. Small particles like pollen or dust float up your nose and irritate your membrane and it triggers a whole series of involuntary reactions and ACHOOO! A sneeze is an involuntary reaction and basically your eye lids shut down as part of that reaction. It's a bit like your doctor tapping your patella to test your reaction!
