If you include the night halt at Chittaurgarh+breaks, it took us around 34 hours. As per google maps you can cover this distance in 1day 2 hrs (without any breaks) We started our trip 5:30am from Pune and we touched Delhi around 2:00 pm (next day) reached our destination around 3:30 pm . *There are 3 various routes you can take for drive to Delhi from Pune. 1. Pune - Nashik - Indore - Gwalior -Agra - Delhi (Fastest Route) 2. Pune - Chandvad - Chittaurgarh - Jaipur - Delhi (Less traffic, good roads) 3. Pune - Nashik - Indore - Kota - Tonk - Faridabad - Delhi We took route 2nd as we already covered Pune - Nashik - Indore route in our Indore trip last year. We wanted to explore a new route and the Sinnar-Chandwad-Dhar road was a good alternative. People had some confusions over the road and road conditions, so we picked this route. We didn't wanted to halt after Gwalior or in U.P. at night so chose Rajasthan route, where we covered more kms and we had idea of Rajasthan roads from our earlier road trips. We did this trip to attend a personal event, so in this vlog we only covered the route details. --------------------------------------- Pune To Delhi Road Conditions: Roads from Pune till Sinnar was good and we saw new road(Manchar Bypass) and patch works to improve the road condition of Maharashtra. Roads from Sinnar till Chandvad was state highway and single lane is many places and road conditions were moderate. From Gujri Bypass till Ratlam Bypass, road was single lane, however road conditions is M.P. were amazing in state highways too. From Ratlam(NH) till Doha(end of Rajasthan border) road were butter smooth. From Doha to Delhi NCR, it was heavy traffic and moderate road conditions. --------------------------------------- Route Taken : We followed the below map link: https://goo.gl/maps/foQUvMPzVKx3UBC79 --------------------------------------- Travel Details: Total Distance covered in this trip: 1480 kms in 34 hours Night Halt at Chittorgarh : Elegance Resort Tariff per Night: Rs.2000/- (We booked 1 big room for 3) Our Rating for Stay: 4 star (5 mins from highway.
