John F Hunt Regeneration are proud to be working for Harworth Group plc to successfully execute Phase 2 of the Ironbridge Power Station project! This phase is an integral part of Harworth's broader Benthall Grange brownfield regeneration scheme. Harworth acquired the former Ironbridge Power Station with a vision to establish a sustainable new community featuring around 1000 new homes, a village centre, employment opportunities, a new primary school, and extensive amenity spaces and parkland. Our Regeneration team is nearing completion of this phase, and we are extremely proud of the end product provided to the client and their warranty provider, NHBC.
