The high quality of Vibram products makes the sole a fundamental element in the construction and performance of footwear, in terms of style as well. No matter if you are talking about hiking boots or décolleté: Vibram is able to offer products tailored to your needs. Indeed, we often buy a pair of shoes and then we decide we want them to be lighter, taller or simply to have more grip on the road, but without giving up on style and color. Thus, on the occasion of Expo 2015, Vibram Sole Factor was born. The first objective of the project is to let consumers perceive the sole as a finished product which characterizes the shoe and its performance and therefore which can be replaced to improve them. Through the application of the famous Vibram soles, indeed, each shoe can increase its performance: more grip, more lightweight, more volume... according to everyone’s choice. Therefore we talk about upcycling: regenerate to improve, aiming at involving consumers in the development of the product, as if they were real testers
