The story is about a rogue trader (allpartdirect) who sells on public road while secretly filming unsuspecting buyers without any warning and their knowledge and use this for malicious purpose. He sold me a mattress on eBay and demanded cash against eBay rules. He was obviously trying to steal money on eBay and possibly VAT as well as avoiding claims of money back warranty from eBay. When I insisted on paying on eBay, he removed the mattress from my car by force despite my warning to not to touch my car. My 5 year old son was in the car and as an act to defend my property, I tried to close the boot of the car and central lock it. He hit his head on half closed boot on withdrawing from it and immediately shouted to her white partner to ring police and she did so. However she tried to distance herself from the desire of her partner by informing 999 that she did not see the assault. He not only caused a structural damage to my boot door but also left a serious damage to its solar installation with a potential to catch fire. I stood my ground and waited for the police to tell my side of story. I repent now to having had stayed there because the place was lawless like Wild West. The culprit who has multiple criminal convictions fooled the police by showing his footage on mobile phone on a sunny day outside. Police did not give a second thought and did not speak to any witness and decline to listen to a word I would say in my defence. They told me to put my son in my car which had a potential of catching fire by damaged solar installation. They did not do any risk assessment of the messed out car. They handcuffed me with my son watching. I had worst intimidation from multiple police after the handcuff. Multiple of them were shouting simultaneously. They accused me of lying when I told them that there is nobody I can call to take the child home. My wife did not drive and was already with two young kids. They blatantly and repeatedly accused me of lying. Best option is to keep quieted. Why would I help these officers? To get intimidation in return? Indeed this was frustration of the police because they wanted to remove the child from scene as soon as possible. On the other hand, this was the child directly affected by the actions of the rogue trader and his partner. He did not even alert me that he is doing this- straight to the pocket indeed. Intimidation kept coming when one of them shouted that I gave him wrong postcode. He was holding my driving licence before his eyes. I keep my pockets empty now; just in case, the police are too ‘nice’ Police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) deliberately excluded the existence of this child in court papers despite my particular stress about my actions to safeguard him. Unbeknown to me the child left the safety of the car and can be seen wandering around on the road. Severe aggression and shouting by the culprit and his partner scared him to extreme degree. I am diabetic and hypertensive, they kept me starved of drink, food and my medications for 24 hours and charged me for assault. They released me from the backdoor of Ashton Under Lyne Police Station. This has been third year in a row that I am struggling to get heard by Manchester Magistrate Court, Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Police with no outcome in sight. I have three young kids to feed and have to fight for justice in the meantime.
