Absolutely irresistible! 😍 You can check out all the cheesecakes from this series in our playlist below, and next, we’re moving on to a brand new collection — Delicious Chicken Dishes! 🍗 On our channel, you’ll also find a variety of desserts, salads, soups, and international meals — so don’t forget to explore our playlists 💛👇 Cheese Cake: • Cheesecake Mini Cake: • Mini Cake Series Cake: • Cakes for Every Day Pizza: • Pizza Time Soup and Salad: • Soups & Salads Dessert: • Dessert Pasta: • Pasta Favorites 🎬 No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake – 18×18 cm Pan --- 🔸 Ingredients For the crust: Chocolate biscuits: 110 g Oreo cookies (with filling): 90 g Melted butter (cooled): 70 g For the filling: Cream cheese: 300 g (room temperature) Heavy cream (softly whipped): 150 g Milk chocolate: 150 g (melted and slightly cooled) Powdered sugar: 25 g Nutella: 1 tbsp Gelatin powder: 9 g Cold water: 3 tbsp (for blooming gelatin) Instant coffee or cocoa powder: to taste --- 🔹 Instructions 1️⃣ Crust: Crush the biscuits and Oreos together, mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of an 18×18 cm pan. Refrigerate until firm. 2️⃣ Filling: Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese. Bloom the gelatin over cold water for 5 minutes, then dissolve it over a double boiler until clear. Let it cool slightly. Add melted chocolate, then Nutella and coffee/cocoa powder, and mix well. Finally, pour in the lukewarm gelatin and mix until fully combined. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to set completely. --- 🔸 Decoration: Once set, Place a stencil over the cheesecake and dust with cocoa powder for a clean design. For the sides, mix whipped cream with a little Nutella and cocoa powder, and pipe around the edges using a decorating tip 🍫✨ --- 💛 Tips: Make sure both the melted chocolate and gelatin are lukewarm before adding to the mixture to avoid curdling.
