Welcome back to another wellness prep episode! 14 weeks out, and I’m not gonna lie—I’m feeling pretty fragile right now. This part of prep is hands down the hardest for me. My main focus is fat loss, which means I look like crap, feel like crap, and my mood is… yeah, you guessed it—crap. Cardio is high, calories are low, and with no assistance added yet, my muscles have pretty much said goodbye to glycogen. Basically, I look and feel like I don’t even train 😂 But honestly, I know this phase is crucial, and it’s all part of the process. Even with the struggle, I still powered through a killer quad session and managed to get a decent pump. The best part? I’ve been told a maintenance week is on the horizon!
