Hi guys and welcome to my review of the HG Ashsaviour, the latest in the High Grade Super Robot Wars lineup of generally really high quality kits! This kit follows up the slightly disappointing Weissritter and I am happy to say that it exceeds that kit on most fronts, sporting a much more solid build, significantly better articulation, and a much more varied accessory spread including stands to actually display this kit using it's remote weaponry, the Swordbreakers! This is much appreciated considering that is a privilege that some kits need to pay $9 for via the WfM Weapon Display Stands or their own dedicated display stands (looking at you RG Nu, Sazabi, and HG Qubeley) and really helps justify the high price tag that the HG SRW line commands. However, that isn't to say this kit is perfect, with it suffering from significant color inaccuracies that are only partially corrected via the sticker sheet. With significant painting required on your part, is the rest of this kit worth the price of admission or is this a kit just for fans of the design?
