The NHS Health Check is a free screening service to help prevent the risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, stroke and some forms of dementia. If you're aged between 40 and 74 and have not been diagnosed with any of the above, then you're eligible for a free NHS Health Check which will enable you to take the next steps to maintain or improve your health.
