Deltarune Chapter 1 was released in October 2018, with additional chapters promised for future release. The first thing that immediately stands out after entering the 2nd Sanctuary is the lighting, with all the hues having been shifted towards red. The Sanctuary appears broken or mirrored, with the party walking on walls or the ceiling in some rooms. The background also looks irregular, with the towers in it having been rotated in ways that don't seem to align with normal geometry, along with stained glass windows having a heavy filter and being duplicated diagonally down.
