Wimael is a pretty funny card. It acts as a mordecai that can only be removed by transforming it. it can also effectively duplicate itself using bounce cards. With Cosmos Fang and a somewhat recently reverted homecoming, getting him to low cost is pretty easy, assuming the opponent cooperates and builds board in 2023. Because transformation is much less common than banish Wimael plus test of strength is a really effective lockdown if you can get it running, that in combination of possibly wiping the enemy board with a cosmos fang evo it has high burst potential as well, especially if paired with vajano making OTK a very real possibility. Granted in order to get wimael low enough to play for Test of Strength you need to last long enough to get the mass bounces which is difficult as you not only need to accommodate cheap bounces as well as your finishing combos as well as actual early game so you don't die before you get going. Also being reliant on the opponent playing followers is a bad sign for consistency as some decks just don't need to give you anything to interact with to pull off their gameplan, that shortcoming alone would make this deck unviable even if it got going a turn or 2 faster against board decks.
