Officer bodycam footage and footage from the hotel lobby were provided by Fernandez Rundle, showing cops kicking a detained man. Officers confronted Daltona Crudup, 24, for improperly parking a scooter on 9th Street and Ocean Court, according to authorities. Crudup eluded authorities and hit a policeman with his scooter, according to officials. The cop was taken to the hospital with a leg injury that necessitated the use of crutches. Crudup attempted to flee and fled into the lobby of a hotel on Collins Avenue, where he was apprehended by cops.
