In this video I show off a deck that I made this season. This is Jolteon EX. This deck is honestly just so good. Jolteon's ability does 20 damage to your oppenent for every energy they put on. This allows for some great Cyrus plays. I bet you could even make an Jolteon EX and Umbreon EX deck to combo with that. This, however, is just Jolteon EX. I have it paired with a couple of other good lightning cards but the idea here is just get Jolteon online fast and chip chip chip away at them.
