This is a big one.. At the beginning of last month we finally got the notice from the city we were Moochdocking in that we could no longer park full time in that driveway. We knew it was coming and honestly never expected to get 10 months out of this spot. We consider ourselves extremely luck. All this extra time we didn't think we were gonna get let us really tackle the mountain of work our vintage RV needed before we could try to undertake an adventure like this. When we got the notice we still had about 2-3 months worth of solid work we were planning on doing before leaving the frozen cold of Minnesota. So we kind of went into triage mode, figuring out what we absolutely had to have. At the front of that list was being able to not have to run a generator at night for power. So Steven worked from sun up to dusk the entire month and believe it or not we are as ready as we are ever gonna be for this adventure. When we bought Artemis, our 27 year old Winnebago, she didn't have air conditioning, a working generator and the roof was close to being a disaster. Now almost a year to the date we first bought her, she is a Boondocking road warrior! We couldn't be more proud of her or us as we set off on the grandest of adventures. So tune in to see if we are able to pull it off and successfully park in an urban setting with full electric capabilities to game and live in a climate controlled RV for weeks at a time.
