(18 sts) Row 2-20 : chain 1 (count as stitch count), turn work, 17 hdc (18 hdc) Crochet both sides together to complete/finish hood (please refer video) Once done with hood, make half double crochet stitches around the border of the jacket. Make sure to make 3 hdc at corner point (row 50).
