Hello, Friends! I’m so glad you’re here. Today we are diving into some deep stuff. This is not for the faint of heart. Because of we are going where, perhaps, some angels fear to tread, I want you to know that if this gets sticky for you, if you feel you are going too deep for yourself in that moment, please stop the video. Contact myself or a trusted professional to help you further. If you are going through this and more emotions arise, let them. If the tears come, let them. Whatever feeling, emotions, beliefs are presenting, let them. Loves, it may take more than one round to release the deep bits that are to be released, so please rewind, and allow yourself to go through this as many times as required.
