A Rainy Start with a Magical Twist Our adventure began with a visit to the Statue of Liberty on a rainy morning. But something amazing happened — the moment we stepped onto Liberty Island, the rain stopped, giving way to clear skies and perfect photo ops! We took our time at the Liberty Museum, then hopped over to Ellis Island, where we explored the powerful immigration exhibits and walked through the same halls as millions of hopeful newcomers once did. Next stop: Battery Park, where we rode the enchanting SeaGlass Carousel — a dreamy, glowing ride unlike anything we’ve seen before. After that, we headed to the Brooklyn Bridge, took in the stunning views, and revisited DUMBO for more iconic cityscapes. Of course, we couldn’t miss a meal at the legendary Juliana’s Pizza — hot, fresh, and absolutely worth the wait! A Classic New York Experience — Baseball! On a different day, we took in one of New York’s favorite pastimes — a live MLB game at Yankee Stadium! We watched the New York Yankees take on the Tampa Bay Rays in an exciting matchup full of cheers, energy, and unforgettable moments. It was our first time seeing a major league game live, and the atmosphere at the NYC Coliseum (Yankee Stadium) was electric! These moments are part of our growing collection of travel memories — captured not just for now, but for the future. One day, our grandchildren and great-grandchildren will look back and see the joy, love, and laughter we shared on this journey.
