This unique approach requires precision, as the runway only becomes visible late due to the mountains. The runway has a large displaced threshold, which should be taken into account. As a former student pilot at EPST, training with Aero Locarno in Switzerland, I had the privilege of flying through the breathtaking landscapes of Switzerland and Italy. It's been a year since I completed my flight training, and I’m excited to share that I’ve started my first pilot job with Transavia.
