Sanpada is a popular neighborhood in Navi Mumbai. It is surrounded by the bustling areas of Vashi, Turbhe, Nerul, and Juinagar. The Mumbai-Pune Highway divides Sanpada between residential and industrial regions. Sanpada enjoys proximity to many job hubs and employment centres. While Kesar Solitaire is within the locality, G-Square Business Park and The Vashi Infotech Park are situated within 3 km. Moreover, many industrial entities operate from the MIDC Industrial Area in Sanpada, located on the other side of the Mumbai-Pune Highway. The locality doesn’t disappoint on the education front as well, with many schools and colleges in the vicinity. Sadhu Vaswani International School, Ryan International School, Western College of Commerce & Business Management and Sanpada College of Commerce & Technology are in and around Sanpada. Sion-Panvel Highway, which further becomes the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is the major road passing by the locality. It also connects to CBD Belapur, which offers many jobs. Waterlogging at the Sanpada Gaon Railway underpass during heavy rains is one of the major issues in the locality.
