He has helped me and thousands of other type2 diabetics take control and reverse their type2 diabetes. / @beatdiabetes3 LOW CARB CHILI WITH BEANS Makes 4 Servings Macros are for ONE Serving Calories 436 Carbs 7.5 Fiber 2.63 Net Carbs 4.88 1 pound ground pork 1/2 cup canned dices tomatoes 1 can black soybeans 8 oz can Hunt's tomato sauce 4 oz can diced mushrooms 1/4 Cup water SPICES: Cumin Coriander Chili Powder Garlic Ginger Cayenne Pepper Salt Black Pepper Brown your ground pork with your spices. When it's done, drain off the fat. While your meat is draining, add your tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms and butter to a pan. Stir well and let simmer. Rinse and drain your black soybeans. Put half of them in a mini food processor, reserve the other half to add to pan later. Add 1/4 cup water to your soybeans in the processor and process them until they are a thick paste. Add the drained meat to your sauce and stir. Add your whole beans and the bean paste to your sauce in the pan and stir well. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes and serve! Enjoy!!!
