This is a playlist I put together, inspired by the vent playlists I see and listen to when I am sad, i decided to make one for my age regression! I call my form of age regression "in recovery" or "recovery age/pet regression" It is where, as I regress, imagine I have an injury that must be treated and cared for. Due to life events and past injuries, I felt safe and loved during any healing process I had to go through. The thought, feeling and situation of needing to recover from something comforted me, I dont know why to this day lol. I have a care giver who helps me when I regress this way, even though it is a pretend injury, it is very real to me and I feel fatigue while regressing. This is a playlist I can listen to when I am regressing this way, the messages on each song are heavily inspired/Direct copies of what my care giver has said to me during really rough times. You are allowed to use this for when you are in little space, You are allowed to also share the label as a recovery regresser, You are allowed to add this playlist in larger vent playlists of your own.
