Imran hasn't driven our E63 M6 project yet, and he doesn't fancy tempting fate so before he does we're going to change the Rod Bearings! We pull the M6's S85 V10 apart to remove the original BMW bearings and replace them with Mahle Motorsport uprated bearings + ARP bolts. This then means we can see just how badly the original bearings have worn over the 16 year and 120,000 mile life of the car. With the car on the lift we also fix a few of the major problems we diagnosed during our inspection, to get this car safe to use on the road.
