After my recent heart attack I realised things had to change. More exercise is one thing that is required in order to increase fitness and therefore also reduce stress on my heart. Healthier foods are also on the cards as is more time spent in nature. And more me time spent motorcycling as well in order to reduce stress. All those were combined on this day to create a "Motorbike & Hike" adventure designed to improve my mental and physical health.
