After my other half told me how much he loved vegetable crisps / chips so I decided to see if there was a way I could make them for him, and came across this incredible technique- microwaving them! It takes only 10 minutes from fridge to bowl and they taste absolutely incredible with the most amazing crunch to them- perfect for bumming about watching movies, or picnics, or taking out with you on a camp as a snack.
