As news of Log4shell emerged in December 2021, security teams all around the globe scrambled to detect, mitigate and contain the vulnerability, whilst research teams provided several solutions to help. This talk will dive into the various ways users can use the Elasticsearch platform, hosted natively on Google Cloud, as well as various Google Cloud data integrations, to detect and prevent Log4shell exploit attempts across the various solutions available in Kibana.
