SCCA Auto-Cross MCAS Cherry Point NC - Last Run (trimmed)

My last run of the day on Sunday and my best time for the event. Sorry but this is a raw video - no editing. You may want to skip about 1/4 of the way to get to where I pull up to the starting line. The SCCA Cape Fear chapter sponsored this Auto-Cross event at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC on the Foxtrot runway - an inactive runway that is often used for driver training and such. This was a 2-day event, with a different course setup for each day. They laid out two very interesting and challenging courses. There were a wide variety of car types running in different classes. It was an exhilarating expierience and a great way to see what your car can do on a closed course. It's also a great place to mingle with other auto racing enthusiasts and to pick their brains.
