Other main points of difference between this model and our budget model 20kg Hydraulic Sausage Filler is that 27kg model has heavy duty Stainless Steel removable barrel with 20 mm reinforcing rings on both the top and bottom to ensure the barrel can never be bent out of shape from mistreatment. 27kg model also has heavy duty 3 1/2" hydraulic cylinder which allows high chamber pressure at very low pump pressure which in turn ensures longer life hydraulic pump and lower operating temperature of the hydraulic circuit. Although the budget 20kg Hydraulic Sausage filler is our lower cost alternative it is still built to Thompsons high quality standards. Both 20kg and 27kg sausage fillers have Stainless Steel lid and plunger and the electrical circuit for both models contain overload protection.
