Without making any modifications to the settings, the problem resolves itself on the next day's recording session that is Emyn Muil. These setup issues could've been resolved if I did a test recording. But sometimes even test recordings might not be telling enough to allow immediate identification of the problems, especially when every setting had been retained and unchanged. As for the mission itself, more problems, albeit near the end of the mission. Our troops were under attack but did not respond. It was actually right not to respond as they could be kited away into more danger, but at the same time, would've been nice if the game implemented unit stance so that ranged units around it could gain aggro and engage the enemies, defensive units can stand ground or even retreat, etc. I was quite frustrated at the end I even mistakenly clicked on continue even though I mentioned I wanted to rename a group of units. My apologies for the bad mic and ranting this episode.
