Originally i was going to just make a "The Fire is Gone" remix, but as i was making the song, i realized that it sounded too much like an intro to a Prime soul bossfight to not make it into one, with the idea for P-S forming during the making of the song, officially turning what was going to be just a remix into a fully fleged Prime Soul theme. I still wanted to make the remix of the menu theme, as an idea for what could be the ending theme of Ultrakill, which is the idea behind this song.
