Get It On: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H... The video is 2+ minutes long, but you can pretty much bail out after the first minute. Rather than a comprehensive review, I'm singling out three things I'd personally find useful. Added to other reviews and your own research, I hope this helps you: First 20 seconds: Opening 3 separate panels to get to the ink cartridge bay. Next 40 seconds: Real time demo of auto feed and scanning 5 pages direct to USB drive. Last 80 seconds: Real time demo of 2 pages being copied and printed to a single two sided sheet. The duplex (two sided) printing is very nice, albeit it can be a tad slow. Note that two sided printing is NOT the same thing as two sided copying or two sided scanning. The Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) can only scan/copy a single side of a page. When the online documentation says "two sided copying" Canon really means "two sided printing of one sided originals." My workhorse printer is currently an old, and still working nicely, Canon PIXMA MX432 which appears to have the exact same footprint as the MX532, if not the exact same case. It also uses the exact same ink cartridges (get the PG-240XL and Canon CL-241XL cartridges for 300 to 400 pages each). The MX432 basically does every thing the MX532 does with the exception of automatic duplex printing. I had no problem inserting a USB drive for my test scan when attached directly to the printer. This is actually a spectacularly well done feature, and fast (see video). If your needs include scanning one sided letter sized black and white documents (that should actually be a lot of people) this is top notch. Because of the USB port you don't even need to have the MX532 on a network. In any case, I doubt that this is an industrial strength unit, but it should be fine for home or small office use. Docked 1 star (it still gets 4 out of 5) for poor documentation (you have to get the full info online). Otherwise, quite a nice all-in-one. Oh, I tested the fax with our work fax machine. It works.
