R&D Cocktails: Shana's Remedy

Today I unveil a new set of videos based on some work I've been doing with one of the regulars at the bar. My friend and longtime regular Pierre Ismael has been bringing in a secret ingredient on certain days and then I have been riffing on that ingredient in a few cocktails of differing styles using only what's available at the bar. It has been fun and I thought that I would share the best of them with you guys. Each secret ingredient is usually something you're unlikely to find in a cocktail, in todays drink the ingredient was Wasabi. To make things even more interesting, my coworker Shana has been getting in on the action. I always Joke that Shana uses Honey Syrup as the sweetener in all her cocktails and she also uses Opuntia Prickly Pear liqueur in lots of drinks.
