Running Together Yet Alone

When I signed up for my first race in May of 2023, I didn't think much of it. This challenge quickly turned into something much bigger once I joined my first running community. This became something more than just myself and allowed me to find people across the world through this shared love of running. Despite all the good that comes with community, many times runners feel this sense of loneliness, running a lot of the times alone and trying to achieve their own goals. I hope you enjoy this struggle and beauty of balancing these two oppositions of running: being surrounded by others yet still being so alone.
