Previously unseen surveillance footage from the Bucha massacre shows how Russian soldiers targeted civilians on Yablunska Street during Russia’s occupation of Bucha, Ukraine. On March 4, 2022, cameras captured 70-year-old resident Volodymyr Rubailo walking calmly down the street. Moments later, he was shot, left bleeding, and then executed with a gunshot to the head. Shortly after the killing, the footage shows Russian troops looting a supermarket just meters from the body. The video provides additional visual evidence of how Russian forces in Bucha not only carried out executions of civilians, but also engaged in organized looting during the occupation.
