2月7日晚，第九届亚洲冬季运动会开幕式在黑龙江省哈尔滨市隆重举行。国家主席习近平和夫人彭丽媛出席开幕式。习近平主席宣布本届亚冬会开幕。 2025年哈尔滨亚洲冬季运动会开幕式以“冰雪同梦，亚洲同心”为演出主题，整体结构上围绕“哈尔滨、中国、亚洲”的地域递进层次进行设计：上篇立于冰城，讲述冰雪文化的精神力量与梦想情怀；中篇立于中国，讲述冰雪运动的燃情时速与全民热潮；下篇立于亚洲，讲述冰雪同梦的情感联结与携手同行。采用主分会场相结合的呈现方式，主会场设在哈尔滨国际会展体育中心，分会场设在哈尔滨冰雪大世界。文艺演出还将运用先进的技术手段，为观众打造全景沉浸式的观看体验。 On the evening of February 7, the opening ceremony of the 9th Asian Winter Games was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province.
