This webinar was presented on Wednesday 25 October 2023 by Dr. Cristina Tordable and Dr. Daniel Cabezalí from the Department of Urology, Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre in Madrid. Bladder augmentation has been a common procedure in our surgical practice. It is usually associated with other surgeries to achieve the desired goal. The complications of these techniques are sometimes described in isolation. In this webinar, we review the most common complications of bladder augmentation and associated techniques, showing how the complications do not add up, but multiply. This webinar was supported by the European Society for Paediatric Urology (ESPU).
