Roasted Brussels Sprouts 2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts 2 Tablespoons bacon grease, melted garlic powder, to taste paprika, to taste 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt, divided Honey 5 strips bacon, fried and chopped 1/2 cup Craisins Preheat oven to 425°. Gently wash the Brussels Sprouts and pat dry. Trim the ends off the Brussels Sprouts and remove the outer loose leaves. Cut each sprout in half from top to the stem end. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with melted bacon grease, gently toss to coat, and place in an even later, cut side down, on a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the Brussels Sprouts so cut side is up, sprinkle with additional garlic powder, paprika, and the rest of the Kosher Salt. Adjust the seasonings to your taste. Sprinkle bacon and Craisins over the brussels sprouts and drizzle with honey. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes watching closely so that they don’t burn. If after this baking, the brussels sprouts have not begun to char and caramelize, turn on the broiler and broil until they are as charred as you’d like them. Watch closely.
