I made a special mount to attach the GOPRO to Boomer's special harness. This is the first time we tried it, and this is the unedited recording. I never realized a duck waddles quite so much! Its dizzying! Future revision of his harness will try to keep the camera a little bit more stable, and to mount the camera a little further back and away from his head, he kept whacking it when he was bathing and it ruined the quality of the video. It looked really violent, but his head has no mass to do any real damage to himself. Its like dropping a grape from shoulder height onto a tile floor vs dropping a watermelon. Which one is going to explode? His little pea brain is just fine! :) If you disagree then should try to bounce your own head off a tile floor and see the difference. No I am not a duck abuser. As you can see he wasn't wearing it for very long, and the camera is really light. The weight of the weight of it is equivalent to a 250lb person (me!) carrying 12.5lbs on my shoulders... to put into better perspective 3 average sized textbooks weigh just about 15lbs, and grade school kids usually weigh less than 100lbs. How many have those have you carried home such a backpack after school? STFU HATERS! Please excuse all the boxing and shipping I've been doing at home for work, but I am not sorry for my white trash backyard... lol! Boomer is a black swedish mutt, his parents were mixed but the black swedish in his father shows through best. He's a real jerk most of the time, too... lol, but he was pretty well behaved for this video. Skeeter was seen briefly inside of her day pen indoors... she likes the air conditioning. She is a female Khaki Campbell duck, which is a custom breed of the common duck that includes mallards. Boomer is a mutt, a mix of a few different breeds, but he most closely resembles his Black Swedish father. You can now be a fan of Skeeter the Duck on her very own Facebook Fan Page! / skeetertheduck
