Crack the eggs open and place them in the hole with the flour. Add salt. Gently beat the eggs using the fork and start mixing eggs and flour. Once the eggs are well incorporated, you can start kneading the mixture with your hands. If the mixture is too hard you can add a little water (you can use the egg shell to measure it). Knead the mixture pushing outwards, then roll it over itself and push out again. The more you knead the mixture, the more elastic it will become and the easier it will be to make the pasta. You should knead it for at least ten minutes. Once it is read, form a ball and place it on the side. Cover your worktop with a little flour. Take you mixture and start by flattening it. Use the rolling pin to roll out the dough. It should become few millimetres thick (no more than 5).
