In this video, I share the ups and downs of my journey to live with more intention, embracing the fact that some days, just showing up is enough. "90 Days of Intentional Living" is a 13-week vlog series documenting my journey to reset my life from the inside out. At the start of 2025, I set out to break the cycle of living on autopilot by creating a personal challenge rooted in discipline, presence, and purpose. I gave myself a set of rules—no social media (except YouTube and TikTok for business), no fast food, no candy, a cleaner diet, running at least a mile a week, going to the gym consistently, reading six books, hitting my savings goals, starting my final semester of college, and way more. I filmed almost every day to hold myself accountable and to capture the highs, lows, and everything in between. This is the most honest and vulnerable series I’ve ever made—a raw reflection of what it looks like to show up for yourself, even when it’s hard. My hope is that this series reminds someone out there that it’s never too late to start over, to choose intention over distraction, and to live a life that actually feels like yours.
