Why we don’t remember the organisational vision. Two things are true. (1) Leaders are responsible for making sure that the organisation has a sense of direction. (2) Most people cannot remember the organisational vision. Many people don’t know where the organisation is heading – despite having attended every staff meeting and read all the CEO announcements. What’s going on? At this OD Café we are joined by the amazing clinical psychologist Nevern Subermoney to discuss the challenges of getting everyone to remember and align to an organisational vision. Before you scoff – just ask the person next to you what the organisational vision is. How many can remember it without looking it up?
