As a player on his way out of Magic the Gathering for the most part and focusing more on Dungeons and Dragons all the time, I like to find a use for the cards I have and a reason to stay interested in MTG at all. So, I started homebrewing monsters and encounters for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition using the cards as inspiration. Pathfinder 2nd edition dungeon masters, DnD 5E players, PFRPG classic fans, and D&D 3.5 or even earlier can easily adapt this method to using the excellent card selection as inspiration for thousands of encounters.
