At Strathclyde Inspire, we believe that talent is everywhere, even if opportunity is not. That’s why, as part of our commitment as a Pathways Pledge partner, we are taking steps to understand and share the barriers faced by underrepresented founders in order to build a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. As part of that commitment, we have created a three-part seminar series. These three seminars bring together experts, lived‑experience voices, and practitioners working to remove barriers for underrepresented founders. Each session explores a different dimension of inequality in entrepreneurship. By sharing these seminars, we aim to: • increase awareness of the systemic challenges faced by neurodivergent, female and ethnic minority entrepreneurs • amplify underrepresented voices to enable their experiences to shape future policy and practice • support Strathclyde’s pledge to educate staff on equality, diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. These seminars are designed for anyone who supports, studies or participates in entrepreneurship — from students and early‑stage founders to investors, mentors, policymakers and ecosystem partners.
