Not going to sugar coat this video, it's the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. But here are just 2 Trip Advisor reviews: Sub-standard even on low budget! 21 Jun. 2025 "TIP for thinking of booking is Don't it's a total dump TIP for reception woman with short hair with miserable face is to attend a Staff retraining in Customer Care !!!!! Going back a few years, I have stayed there before and it was ok because I had a half decent room which was acceptable so knew not to expect the Ritz But this time around, I got a horrible shock on how dirty, grimey, unhygienic, insect infested, below standard, these apartments are! Complaint is underway with travel company; we have received 30% back from travel company for the first allocated apartment room 120 as soon as they seen videos/photos ... What a disgrace!!!! Absolutely a dump, Travel company got us moved into another room after 4 days and yes this was another grime dirty insect infested room! Receptionist was so unhelpful, so ignorant, so unprofessional So now we are back home I am in pursuit for further % back for the 2nd room! This was the Worst Dump Ever It was not worth the £980 for 10 nights 2 people and I will Never return!!!
