This video is a Model Home Tour for Promontory: The Heights, Residence 3 - A brand New Home Company development in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA. Mission Valley is one of the most sought after areas because of the easy access to freeways, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. This development is in Civita which is a very new area in Mission Valley. There are a mix of Leasing Units as well as Townhomes. These homes are surrounded by new construction (Avella at Civita ((Toll Brothers)) and Marque at Civita (Shea Homes). This model homes features open concept construction and instead of being on 3 floors, this model is a 2 story. The main floor has a office off the main hall and a full bath with walk in shower. There is garage access at the end of the hall and a deep closet for coats and quite a bit of room for storage under the stairs. The second floor is open concept with the living-room and dining are next to one another. The kitchen isn’t large but still more than adequate. There is a small half bath right off the main hall and the Laundry is in the main hall. The balcony will allow for a few chairs and a small table. This model has a lot of upgrades and this model will come as is with all the upgrades included in the final price.
