Here's a guided run to get the Herald of Death frame easily in New York 3 on Extinction difficulty using the infinite masking strategy. This requires at least 2 players, an Ammo and Gas Fixer, for it to work. This is probably the easiest method to get the frame since you don't need to kill or kite the zekes, or learn to fire the missiles (Marseille 2), all you need to do is dupe the ammo box and keep using the gas.
