Keiser M3i: https://amzn.to/39h6PXB (bundle deal) video chapters listed below. This is the Keiser M3i and it's one of the most popular and praised indoor cycling bikes of all time. This isn't my full Keiser M3i review yet, I bought this commercial grade peloton alternative it and see how it compares to other highly popular indoor cycling bikes and whether or not the Keiser bike lives up to the hype. To be honest I love the peloton bike plus and when I got the kesier m3i bike I did not have high hopes or expectations despite all the hype and positive keiser m3i reviews I have seen all over the internet. I thought for sure the peloton bike was going to be way better in terms of drive train feel and max resistance because supposedly the keiser m3i flywheel weight is 8 lbs although I can't seem to find an official confirmation on this number. Based on internet logic, a heavier flywheel translates into better into cycling bike, but the kesier m3 bike is potentially proving this to all be a giant myth perhaps. I don't know what the keiser bike has going on in the drive train but it seems to do the trick in terms of creating a true road bike feel, more so than any of the other bikes I have here including the nordictrack s22i. If peloton is the new and popular kid on the block, you can think of the Keiser M3i as Peloton's wise grandfather who's got a bit more experience, refinement, and things figured out. The Keiser m3i has quite a few positive things going for it. Sure it's expensive at $2000, but the good news is this isn't some pop up over night company, these bikes have been around for many many years, the m3i was here and popular long before the Peloton bike was even born, and the keiser m3i is MADE in the USA unlike many of the other indoor bikes available today. The design of the kesier m3 bike as well as the “i” variation were thoughtfully planned as demonstrated by the flywheel being placed out of the way of falling sweat and even the water bottle holder being engineered around potentially leaking fluids. In addition the resistance lever is placed in probably the single best location you can think of, right there be your hand so you can easily adjust the resistance in or out of the saddle without taking your hands off of the handlebars. The last thing I want to mention in this description box is the fact that I bought this keiser m3i used, and I have no idea how old this bike is but honestly judging it by the wear and tear of the stickers, scuffs and scratches and dirt build up on the mobility wheels, this thing looks like it's been around for many many years, I wouldn't be surprised if this bike was 5-10 years old... and if that is true, what does this tell us about the keiser m3i? It's built to last. After all, this is a commercial grade bike so it's built to take a beating and keep on working. Anyway, more to come on the kesier m3i – thanks for reading and watching, please share.
