TAS stands for Tool-Assisted Speedrun, which means I use tools to try and make the perfect speedrun. This isn't a "real" speedrun, it's a different category of speedruns that attempts to display the limits of a game/category. The most common tools used are slowdown, RNG manipulation and savestating/cutting the video. Slowdown: LoTAS is a mod for Fabric which basically allows you to play the game in slow motion. Savestates: LoTAS has a feature which allows you to save your world whenever you want. When I make a mistake, I go back to the most recent savestate. This means I play the run in about 15 to 25 sections and edit those together.
